How to place an order?
If you want to order a translation, you must either use the form on our website or send a direct message with the text to be translated to our email address for the purpose of cost estimation.
How much will I pay for translation?
Each text is priced individually based on the current price list, taking into account discounts, e.g. due to the volume of the text sent for translation or the frequency of using our services.
Shortly after, you will be provided with the following details: cost structure, delivery time and a list of issues to be clarified, if any. We will also tell you which solutions are best for achieving the highest quality translation. How to pay for translation?
Payment for translations is based on the commercial invoice, in accordance with the specified payment date. You can pay by wire transfer to our bank account or in cash, directly in our Office.
When will I receive information about the cost of translation?
Cost estimations are usually sent immediately after your query (received during our working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m. In the case of queries received after the working hours of our Office, cost estimations are sent the next day. If you need a quick estimation, do not hesitate to contact us by phone.
How long will I have to wait for my translation?
The delivery time depends on the volume of translation. Short texts (a few pages long) are ready on the next business day from the date of the transfer of the appropriate amount of money to our bank account and receipt of the proof of payment by our Office. In the case of longer texts, the completion date is agreed directly with the translator.
Will I be able to verify the number of billing pages in the translated document?
In most editing programs, there is a word count function which gives information regarding the number of characters including spaces. The number of billing pages is the number of characters, including spaces, divided into 1,600 (i.e. the number of characters per one billing page).
When will I receive a discount?
In our estimations, we always try to give information on the lowest cost of the service acceptable by us. The final price depends on the specific character of the text, the number of pages and expected delivery time. However, additional discounts depend on the volume of the text for translation and the frequency of your orders placed with our Office.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

The working hours of the Office are from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m.
At what time, at the latest, can I place an order?
Until 06:00 p.m. on business days.
What does certified translation mean?
Certified (sworn) translation is an official translation bearing the name and address of the translator and his/her official stamp. In most cases, certified translations are prepared for courts, prosecutors, Polish and foreign authorities, universities, notaries, etc.
What does consecutive interpretation mean?
Consecutive interpretation is the type of interpretation in which the speaker interrupts his/her speech, thus giving the interpreter the time necessary to translate a portion of his/her utterance.
What does simultaneous interpretation mean?
Simultaneous interpretation is the type of interpretation in which the utterance of the speaker is translated on an ongoing basis, and the speaker does not need to interrupt it. Simultaneous interpretations during conferences or symposia require the involvement of interpreters of outstanding qualifications and abilities. Simultaneous interpreters (also known as conference or booth interpreters) do not only need to have a perfect command of the target language but also knowledge of the subject matter of the conference.
What is a billing page?
Documents submitted to the Office for translation are written in all types of font and their pages are of different sizes. Therefore, translations are priced and invoiced in accordance with the so-called billing pages. In the case of standard translations, a billing page is composed of 1,600 characters, whereas in the case of certified translations, it is 1,125 characters. It should also be noted that the minimum number of billing pages is one page.
What does authentication of a standard translation involve?
Sworn translators may also authenticate, i.e. certify translations and copies drawn up by other persons. However, it is only possible with translations which do not raise any objections of the sworn translator. An authenticated standard translation has the same legal value as a certified translation prepared, in its entirety, by a sworn translator.
